    It’s important to choose an agent that understands the market you are looking to purchase in. We will review everything from current market conditions to buyer representation agreements in our first meeting.

  • Step 2: Pre-Approval

    Will you be paying cash for your new home or will you be applying for a mortgage? Most buyers will be applying for a mortgage. There are a lot of different lenders out there who offer different loan packages. Find the one who is best for you. You will need a pre-approval letter before we start seeing homes.

  • Step 3: Home Search Criteria

    Where are you looking to buy? How much are you willing to spend? How many bedrooms? Do you need a large back yard? Check out our pre-buying questionnaire to help narrow doen your search.

  • Step 4: Home Information & Scheduling Showings

    It’s important to review all important information regarding a home before scheduling a showing. Property disclosures, full MLS printouts and any available listing broker remarks. If everything checks out, we will schedule a time to see the property in person!

  • Step 6: Inspections and Appraisals
